Welcome to our Luxury Gulf Coast Villa

Booking: Upon enquiry we will provisional hold any requested dates for a period of 5 days pending receipt of the completed booking form along with the required deposit. Upon receipt of the completed booking form and required deposit, confirmation will be sent in writing by return. By submission or return of the booking form the lead guest accepts our terms and conditions and accepts liability for all members of the party. All documentation will be sent to the lead guest, the lead guest must be over 21 years of age. The minimum booking we accept is 7 nights. Sorry but we do not take all male or all female parties.

Deposit: A deposit of 15% of the total rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rental cost will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of £100 or $150 is required to be paid along with your balance payment to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be returned to you less the cost of any damage within 15 days of your departure. The lead guest agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. In the event of Hirer having to cancel the booking, the following charges apply.
More than 8 weeks prior to the date of the holiday - Deposit Only
Less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the holiday - 100% of the rental.

Occupancy: You may take occupancy from 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate the villa by 11:00am on the day of departure.

Conduct: The villa is located on a residential neighbourhood some of our neighbours are Florida residents. We ask that you consider them and request that noise be kept to a minimum during early mornings and late evenings, particularly around the patio and pool.

Pool & Pool Heating: The Swimming pool is great fun however it is an obvious source of DANGER especially for young children. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury caused as a result of using the swimming pool. You are particularly advised NEVER to allow children to use the pool unsupervised.
The pool can be electrically heated at an addition charge. In occasional severe winter conditions is it possible that the pool heater may not be able to maintain the water at a temperature of 86 degrees.

Maintenance: Our villa is maintained by a local management company, please report all breakages, accidents, problems to them as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to.

General Points:
We do not allow smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed in the garden, patio and pool areas.
