Notes on rental rates:
Prices include all Florida state taxes. A one off cleaning fee of £40 is payable per booking. A deposit of 15% is required to confirm your booking, with balance payable in full any time up to 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required at the same time as balance payment is made.
